I have Characters on the same account that are in different small guilds. How do I look into the guild banks in that case? Are we limited to one guild bank?

Good Morning ImAlive! When you click the "My Guild" tab, you'll notice a drop-down in the upper left corner of that page. That should allow you access to your multiple guilds. I have characters in two guilds and am able to see both banks. Good luck!
