Do you share your game account with a member of your family or someone you know?
If yes, he may have synced your character on his own Magelo account by mistake.
In this case, the profile is moved on the other account. We don't duplicate it.
The easiest thing to do for you know is simply to synchronize your character again. It will come back on your account. I noticed you never tried our Premium Trial Offer, it will be more easy for you to take it now and fully sync your character. You will also be able to try out all the Premium services for 10 days.
If the new profile has a different ID than the previous one, please let us know.
That would mean the original profile was deleted by mistake somehow and not moved on another account. Anyway, in this case if you wish to keep your old ID (1418805), we can check in our database if it is available to change it.
