i followed all the java runtime stuff i got the latest version 32 and 64 im getting the same error i even restarted pc 2 times

Could you please give us few more information?
- What is your current version of Windows?
- Go to "Control Panel" > "Programs - Uninstall a program" in your computer. You will see all installed program. Let me know the list of Java items you see?
- What is the Magelo Sync error message?

the only one i see installed is java 7 update 5 i am using windows 7 64 bit and the error is no jvm can be found on your system

If you have Java 32 and 64 installed on your computer, you should see that:
If you only see the first java, that means you only have the 32-bit version installed on your computer.
Could you please try to install the 64-bit version again? You can have both versions, it's fine.
Please let me know how it goes.
