I was trying out the 10 day trial and made the mistake of syncing an alt, and now I can't sync my main even though i cleared the used game slot.

Hi
Is your main on the same game account than your alt? If yes, you will not have any issue to sync it with the trial that is restricted to all characters you have on 1 game account.
Few users reported they couldn't sync after we patched Magelo Sync. Maybe you are having the same issue. We are working on it. You can keep an eye on our progress in the homepage news thread: Game Update - March 13, 2013.

We fixed the issue with Magelo Sync. Could you please try again to sync your main?
