I have run sync on multiple characters and only a few have issues with guild status. My ranger is one of those with issues. On the sync tool it shows her guild but when I check the profile it shows unguilded.
Profile is below in my sig.

May I ask you to try again and provide the log file of Magelo Sync? Simply press ctr+shift+L, keeping the focus on Magelo Sync, after you synced your character. A window will open with the log and you can copy its content in your reply.

Any luck on figuring out what's going on?
I just did a sync on 2 of my toons and the guild status worked on my warrior but not my ranger.

I've been away from the game for a while and recently decided to return. I did a sync on my ranger (only character I'm really playing atm) The sync seems to be having the same issue. Any ideas?

Hey RachelNedoirah -
Just out of curiosity, is your problem character of a guild rank where the guild is not visible? Such as, in the guild management tool, is the "Display Guild Name" unmarked for the Ranger's guild rank?
Just for fun, can you try changing the rank of this character to see if it displays upon opening Magelo again?
