Paid account, renewed recently (I think).
Would like to use the recently updated Sync app, but getting error message:
Your game slots are full, you need to reset them or upgrade your account to sync this character.
Sync is choking, in Task Manager it does not show as not responding, it just isn't responding.
Reset my game slot. No diff.
This is frustrating. Windows 10 Intel Core i7 SSD 24 or 32 GB RAM ( I forget both which amount and how to check and no time to google it atm)
Can you help? What info do you need from me to help me make this work?
