"Magelo Sync is trying to detect your currently logged character, please wait. If your character doesn't appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum." Well, my character doesn't appear, so here I am. Oh, his Zone does appear somehow...

Hi folks, have you tried restarting Magelo Sync (without exiting WoW)?

tried everything at the moment and didn't work. Now I saw there was an update and it works again. TY magelo team.

Not working for me. Character still not showing. This has been over a month now. Any suggestions? Edit: Got that part to work. Woot. Now, what about the ridiculously white hair?

Hi Selletra and welcome to Magelo! I see your character profile having Sync'ed just a few hours ago, so I hope it was only a temporary inconvenience. Sometimes restarting Magelo Sync works, if not, restarting the PC is a good idea. I dualbox my 2 accounts and log out in Dalaran, and sometimes I had had to restart Sync for it to work because Sync was not getting enough resources to run properly.

my character isn't showing up either, the zone registers but the target does not. i have restarted the program and my pc but the problem persists. please help.

Hi hastingsvideo, Could it be possible to show me the contents of the Magelo Sync log when you next try to Sync your character please? You could open it with Ctrl + Shift + L and then copy and paste the text in your reply. We should be able to find out why the process stalled from the logs. Thank you for your patience and assistance.

I am having the same problem but only on my main, my alt shows up fine. I have restarted Magelo sync while WoW was open and still have the same issue.
