Missing the entry points for flags from last expansions still - any progress on this being done soon??

I realize you are making some whole new system for flags and keys, but in the meantime why can't you can just add in the missing flags to the current system until the new one is ready? As it is, it is missing around a hundred or so flags from the previous expansions as well as several older expansions.
