If you find an official Blizzard server that Sync is reporting as 'unsupported' please copy and paste your log file from Sync so we can review it.

Odd. Arjay, I've been able to Sync characters from both servers in the US realms. Are you trying to Sync characters from Spirestone EU and Jubei'Thos EU?
If not, I would recommend posting your Magelo Sync log file as suggested by Inoke as it would help us find out what was wrong. You can open up the log file while Sync is active by pressing Ctrl + Shift + L.

Thank you, Arjay.
Would you mind using the 'Repair.exe' tool in your World of Warcraft folder to repair your WoW game files please? The error you are seeing seems to have been the result of some game files being modified or damaged, which is a possible reason why Magelo could not find out if you have logged into an official server or not.
You should be able to Sync your characters as soon as that has been done.
