As of 19.10.10. Midday, Magelo still doesnt sync up.
Only DL'd again last night so dont know what version, but unless one was released today i'm guessing its the latest one.

Hello Avengelyne,
We are still working on the huge patch 4.0.1 applied few days ago on the game to prepare the Cataclysm upcoming new expansion and you cannot sync your character for the moment.
