Hi! How come the armory import takes several days now? Is it a known issue or am I the only one experiencing it?
Armory import is my only option since there's no Mac client (yet).

Hello Leonopteryx,
Please do not worry, the issue is not related to the Armory import method but to the huge patch 4.0.1 applied few days ago on the game to prepare the Cataclysm upcoming new expansion. We are still working on it and you cannot create your character or update it for the moment.
Please check the news where we post regularly some updates to show you our progress: Pre-Cataclysm Patch 4.0.1.

The site has been patched. You can now try again to import your character

It is still saying that I'm first in queue and "verifying", but I can't cancel it to start a new import.

The Armory Import feature is pretty popular, so there's been lots of characters in the queue since 4.0.1 hit. I've checked and made sure there aren't any errors in the queue, so your character should be updated when it's turn comes!

Hi Leonopteryx, we gonna work on improving how the armory import works so manual requested updates will have the priority over automatic updates. We will also work on making the import as the whole faster. We will keep you posted as soon as the changes are live.

i was using the magelo sync and it seems to work except for one toon nurfherder on earthenring. so i deleted all my toons and used armory import to reimport them in.
all worked again except nurfherder. he shows up fine in the armory but is stuck in queue at place 2319 (13:31:39).
i tried to do this last night from home and again when trying from work on a different computer it seems to stay at the same queue number.
if i deleted the toona and try to reimport from armory it will start and then stop at the same queue number.

Hi Usul,
Your character nurfherder was imported from the Armory but the profile shows a "System error" page so we need to investigate why. This is maybe linked with a new item you equipped and we don't correctly handle yet. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Just to update this topic, we made some changes so when you request an update manually, you have the priority over the automatic update so your position in the queue should be really good now.
