EverQuest was patched last Wednesday, May 25, 2011 and we are working on the update of Magelo Sync. It should be done today. We will keep you posted!

Sorry, but at this time, Magelo Sync is NOT syncing my character. It shows the proper zone, I am, and the NPC target I choose to target, but I NEVER get a sync button to click, it just hangs at trying to detect my character and if it don't appear after a few minutes, to use support forums? My wife DID get sync button, clicked it, and her character STILL ISN'T snyced properly with current gear, aa's, etc?? Any further guidance would be appreciated!!

To investigate further your issues, I would need your Magelo Sync log (Ctrl+Shift+L) to see what is going on.

I'm having precisely the same problem.
But since my guild no longer requires magelo, the comparisons are only to slake my own interest, so I will wait rather than trying to find whatever file you say you need

Guys, I am more than willing to help but without a Magelo Sync log, I cant... So please, if you have an issue with Magelo Sync not working properly, always report it back with your log.
You can get copy/paste the log easily, just press Ctrl+Shit+L on Magelo Sync window and notepad will pop-up with the log. Then just paste it here.

Thanks to Greym, i was able to patch Magelo Sync, please let me know how it goes, hopefully it should fix the issue.
