I am having trouble getting my characters to import using either the armory updater or magelo sync. My hunter has been stuck on "Verifying" for over an hour. Magelo sync see my zone and name, but won't load anything else, just gives me the error "An error has occured during synchronization. Please try again later."

We will patch Magelo Sync today to fix an issue we noticed thanks to your post! We will keep you posted when it is done. About the Armory import, I posted yesterday a news about an update we need to do. Please check the homepage for more detail!

Magelo Sync should works fine now, please try again to sync your character and let us know if you still have an issue.
