Hey MrMental,
we fixed the bug internally, it should be online within hours.
After some test in the game, I realized that when you unlearn a profession and later learn it again, your recipes are still here. That's why you saw all the recipes on your character.
To me it looks like a bug in the game, I'd expect to forget all the recipes... in the meantime, it's quite handy
