Tried that and it didnt work. im starting to think it may be an issue with xp sp3, im going to downgrade to see if the issue goes away.

Downgrading your entire OS just to run Magelo Sync isn't a viable solution, my friend. I'm running WinXP SP3 at home and it's fine. I'll just go and pester our team here about it and see if we can find out anything from this error log. Thanks for the help so far!

Haha, while i agree with you, Magelo isnt the only Java RE app thats not working on my computer. which is why im willing to go that far to fix it.
