I got an error message during the syncing process (main has triple attack).
The updater still appeared to update my profile, but my AA's were more than 100 off (less than 1900 versus the well over 2k I have).

Ok... one more time (4th attempt to post... lets see if the site will stay up)..
Been trying to synch a new toon for more than 13 hours with no luck whatsoever. My main updated just fine and another older toon updated just fine, but I get an error trying to update a new toon.
13 hours is just a bit much.... please fix soon.

Well it grabs my character info but won't sync I get an error WHAT is going on and when will it be fixed?

Nevermind, purity augs aren't the issue here. It must be triple attack.

I've had no problems with updater or sync on my account. I do not use any TBS items, but have all aa (bard). Just making it clear to all that doesnt seem to be a universal problem

I was thrown off by v4.0.1 saying that it is v4.0.0. I knew that the original problem with toons not showing up in MU was fixed in v4.0.1 - but had missed the comment that the version string had not been updated. Anyway, guess I followed the "clean install" directions about 5 times. I was not in EQ... just looking at the "v4.0.0" and thinking I was failing every time.
Sigh.
Well, I was not failing. I am running v4.0.1... the little EQ icon is displaying and MU is synching.
I notice one cosmetic bug.. what's with the "com.magelo.wowreader" string on the MU start-up dialog... ie, before you have picked up a toon to synch.
I do agree with other users who have noticed slow speeds. Magelo website access is glacial.

I do not think the corrections will affect the number of AAXP or the "tree". Just make some work that were not working. Thus, I hope that Magelo downtime will be small.

I cant synch any charsa starts to synch and errors out. I just ypdated tonight and thought you fixed the ver string issue and I am still seing 4.0. Sure would be nifty if I could use the service

My main account refuses to synch like the others, it is a Ranger so it may be the triple atk. I get message that says that game data sent and then it stops.
My second and third account (on same machine with WinEQ2) synch without flaw from both accounts on four different tests. This includes one account with a Warrior, but I don't recall if he has triple atk or not.
Hope some of this helps. Good luck with the bug hunt.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times only getting version 4.0.0, I do get the eq icon in the corner and getting synch error.

Sorry about the double post, and I just noticed this. Magelo now ignores one of the two WinEQ accounts some of the time. I have a cleric loaded now on the same account as a shaman. The shaman's data were picked up, as were the data for two accounts on the second WinEQ account, but now the cleric is not updating

Interesting. I just ran the updater twice on the same pc, from the website - Updated my druid just fine, but got the "error" when trying to update my partners Ranger.. Also, Creac seems to be still having problems and i know he's a Ranger too. Any other classes having the problem?
edit: My wizard alt works fine also.
