Hi my magelo sync window is flashing so its darkened and I cant read it? Any ideas how to fix?

This is really strange issue. Did you already try to uninstall Magelo Sync and install it again? If nothing change, could you please provide the log file of Magelo Sync? Press "ctrl + shift + L" when Magelo Sync is running to get the log and copy its content in your reply. Thanks
