Hi gsmith2885,
Magelo Sync is the sole means of adding data to our database and keeping them up to date. As soon as Magelo Sync detects your character in game, the database will be updated with the items you loot, the location of NPCs around you,… so to add this item in the database, we need the contributions of the community. If you have this item on one of your character, simply log this character in the game and run Magelo Sync. The new item will be added to the database after 2-3 minutes.
