Hello,

I have never gotten sync to work out, it can not find my character when I shut down World of Warcraft (Rift works without problems) and I'm running 32-bit of wow.
I am using the latest version of the sync program

Then I thought that I could try to make an "armory import". It says to remove the "Chest" and I took it away and waited to battle.net would update my change, then clicked on "verify" then it says "Position in queue: 1", and so it has been in 24h.

Now I have put equipment back because I have played.

Do not really know where to troubleshoot?

Really sorry Whitecat,

The Armory Import and Magelo Sync should work fine since the beginning of April 2014 now. Did you try to use one of them recently?

I just checked on your account and refresh the character you want to import. To complete the process Log into the game, unequip the "Head" slot, then log out. Once your Armory page is updated, go back on Magelo and click "Verify". Let me know how it goes.

If you still have am issue, try to use Magelo Sync. If a problem occur, press ctrl+shift+L to display the log file and copy its content in your message.

Finally, we granted your account 6 months Premium to compensate this really long issue.
