I am using the My collectibles link/page. I selected the Character I am interested in and see in the Spells and Disciplines tab a list of all Spells (both ones I have and don't have).
I see the list of filters for Skill, Category, Target, and Rank but nothing that lets me filter by missing.
How do I view just the missing spells?

Hello yogore,
Look to the top right of the tab, you just need to select "Missing" to see the list of Missing Spells and Disciplines. Then you can apply the filters for Skills, Category, Target....

I don't see anything selectable named "Missing." Is there supposed to be a checkbox?

Yes, but it's not a check box, it's a button... you can switch between "All", "Missing" and "Completed".
What browser/version are you using? Can you try with another, just to see if you still have the same issue?

I don't see a button.
Browser is IE 8.0.6001.18702.
I'll see about trying with a different browser.

Ok, it's maybe an issue with IE 8. The current version is IE 11.
Can you update your version to the most recent? If not, indeed you can try other browsers.
