tool tips for "Storm Energy" rank 4 and 5 are inverted.
Rank 4 should be 8%, Rank 5 gives 10%

The wonder is how Trion managed to export wrong data...
We happen to compute those values ourselves as well but for now we are using Trion values all the time.. I will udpate this so we use their values only for absolute dmg/heal values (the ones we cant properly compute because they are scaled...)

It was actually Trion fault somewhat but nothing to do with their exported data. In any case, this is now fixed.
