Assuming you're downloading and parsing Rift_Discoveries_*.zip I didn't see any record of the last time you did, but I'll bet it's dated 8 May, because that's when Trion actually stopped updating the FTP site. The new site is at http://webcdn.triongames.com/addons/assets/ .
They deprecated the FTP in February, but AFAICT didn't announce it other than editing the first post on that Site & Asset posts on the official forums.

We also noticed the last update on the discoveries was from May 8 and we did not know the discoveries file were moved on another place... Thanks for your help! We will update the database this week.
