I subcribed to premium but it doesnt appear that equipment etc is sycing
character name ememjr for instance, show guild i am in etc but equopemnt is blank

i think i found the issue, although i subscribed and got the confirmation email, apparently the website dows not know i am subcribed
my order number is 124527
