I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request, but there are tooltips available for links for items, spells, npcs, zones, and recipes. They are also available via the 'rel' attribute, except I don't seem to be able to get the recipes to work with via rel. The description page you have lists the other tooltip types available for rel except recipes.
Can this either be fixed (if it is a bug) or added (if it's a feature request).
