I've recently just come back so not sure if this is a common issue for new serves, but Magelo keeps telling me "Unable to retrieve character's status" for my characters on Mangler. This is happening on two separate PCs which leavesme to believe it is an issue on Magelo's end. I had no problems connecting with characters on established servers prior to Mangler/Selo launch on the 16th (no idea if Selo is affected since haven't tried that server).

I have exactly the same issue trying to sync a character from Mangler.
I've tested a sync on a character on Coirnav and it works fine, so this is a problem linked with the new servers.
Is this a known issue?

Selo's is not working as well. It isn't listed as a server currently. I reupped my sub on MAgelo specifically for these new servers.
Is a fix in the works?
Thanks, just need some sorta update.

It seems like each server has a unique ID. I don't think Magelo has been updated with ID #s for these servers yet.

Same issue, unable to sync Mangler character.
Some sort of ETA on a fix would be fantastic.

Putting this back to the top so it doesn't get buried under the spam.
Also any word on a fix? There is a few of us that paid for Premium just for Mangler and Selo.

It looks like Jelan responded to the issue on 3/22, but in the News forum, not here in the Bugs forum. He's aware of the issue. ETA is "ASAP".
