I am having the same error. I just purchased a full year membership sometime last week and have not yet been able to sync my character.

Same result today. Even uninstalled Synch and re-installed to see if I needed a patch... Still open.

I actually missed the game patch somehow last week... I have patched Magelo Sync now and granted 5 extra days to all premium users to compensate for the time lost.
