I get the error message that says: eqgame.exe has been patched. Magelo Sync will be updated soon to support this version. I have tried to delete Magelo Sync and reinstall it and it is still happening.

Hi, Make sure you have the latest game version, you probably skipped the game patcher and missed the little hotfix they pushed not a long ago.
