Please note I x'd out the user id and the CPU information is wrong as I use an Intel I-7 CPU. It is a Windows 10 64bit system. The secondary computer that I also have EQ and Magelo running on does not have this problem, only my main account.

I can confirm magelo is not presently synching, there was a hot fix patch last weekend. Magelo needs to be updated.
