Character does not sync: Cristalina. Upon visiting Cristalina and taking care of business, attempt to sync her. Magelo loads up but character name does not appear. Camp to another character on the same account: Mahogony. Run the sync procedure and it works for him. Go to Magelo site and find that Cristalina is there among my characters. Camp back over to Cristalina in game. Magelo loads (as it did before) but Cristalina's name does not appear. What is there is last previous character, Mahogony. Check Cristalina's last sync on website. See that sync HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED. PUZZLED.

Yesterday, it appeared that the situation was resolved. Today, I confirmed that: Logged into sync with Cristalina first and shortly her name appeared. Sync activated . Camped over to Mahogony and reused the sync. This processed appropriately. So: situation resolved completely. (Unknown cause of the problem and unknown MEANS of resolution.)

And today, sorry to say, the disorder appeared again. Mahogony was first in. All was well. Then at Cristalina's turn, and while on her the name appeared as Mahogony. I assume that the sync took place as Cristalina, though. I did not check.
