EverQuest has been patched on January 21 and then again on the 23.
 Magelo Sync has been patched!
I have granted 7 extra days to all our premium users to compensate for the extra downtime, thanks everyone for your patience.

think there was a recent update on 2/11/25 chars not syncing, will look forward on going back premium soon

Magelo Team,
I just tried to update and sync my toons on 3/21/2026, and I am getting multiple error messages.
- 1. message states "unable to retrieve Character status."
- 2. Unable to find the recipient. < i logged off and reset the password, then rebooted to find it now accepting my login information>
- 3. Magelo sync is out of date
We had a huge patch right before the 27 anniversary, and this might be the problem.
Does Magelo have a PM method to send info to the admin staff
