Been having the error with it telling me slots are full but one of my characters is the one i was trying to update i deleted them all from the my characters tab still same error

Deleting characters does not remove the EverQuest account from still maintaining one of your available sync slots.
Please go to https://eq.magelo.com/my_account.jspa and click on "> Free your game slots" – this should hopefully resolve the problem for you.

i have already done that as well and it is still having same sync error
