When i have my Char sync'd the 3d model and picture on my sig wont show.. anything special i have to do? or just wait a little bit for it to show?

Hi Norvan,
It's more likely an issue on our end. With the latest big patch, blizzard updated a lot their 3d model and there are still a few cases we dont handle yet. We will look into this asap, I will keep you posted.

only one of my characters whose 3d model and sig portrait doesnt show up is my female undead preist :

Mine too is messed up (they added 3d models to the characters; and I chose one of the new ones for my human DK).
My hair is right (other than it being all white); but my face left on vacation

Following the update, I am still unable to get my 3D Models. Just to ensure there was nothing wrontg with the profile themselves, I deleted them and resynched and there is still no 3D Model.

Hi all,
We encountered some issue with the 3D model for Death Knight. Some players don't have face on their their signature and profile and you all the character is missing...
We still work on this issue and we will get back to you as soon as we have a solution.

I also have a problem with the 3D model being absent on my female undead character. All my other characters are oke though :D
Is there a chance this will be fixed in the next patch?

Hopefully I have my sig showing.
It is not just death knights. So far I have see a warrior in this post and now you can add a warlock.
Hopefully a fix will be found for this problem.

As you can see, same issue. My other 23 Characters are fine though. :D

I've been waiting a few months for the 3d model to be fixed. Don't expect it to be fixed anytime soon.

Fixed, you will have to sync again however.
|
