Hi, when I come to choose a background or a border, I can only seem to select upto 10 of the designs, for some odd reason I can't select more (like the old style where you can scroll down)

Hello Maddette and welcome to the board!
In the decorator option, there are only 10 designs available. For the background images there are a lot and you should not have any issue to scroll and select them. Could you please refresh your cache to see if it change something? If you are using FF just press Ctrl + Shift + R.
