I sync my character at least once a day but it hasn't updated in at least a month. What's up with that?

According to the database, your profile was updated yesterday, so I'm certain it must be your browser cache playing tricks on you - I would recommend clearing your browser cache or forcing a refresh on your profile by using Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R (depending on what browser you're using).

Thanks for the reply. My profile here seems up to date but my sig is still showing stats from a month ago or so. At least the bottom part showing Health, Armour, etc. The upper bar with my build and professions is current. This after manually clearing my browser cache.

You are most welcome Theliana. The signature not updating is a cache issue on our side which our team needs to correct with a patch, but a quick way to fix it temporarily is to change any property of your signature when you edit and save it - that will force the signature cache on our end to refresh and update the stats.
