The armies of both Alliance and Horde are close to defeating the Lich King in Icecrown Citadel at the end of the current expansion. The storyline of Azeroth will continue in the next expansion as the many races on both Alliance and Horde struggle for survival.
With the announcement of Cataclysm, the new World of Warcraft expansion, you can look forward to new content that pits you against the forces of Deathwing.
You will be able to play new races, the Worgen and the Goblin, and experience the new devastated Azeroth!
New class/race option will be unlocked such as Orc mages, Dwarf shamans, Undead hunters, and Night Elf mages.
With the entire 1-60 experience being changed with new quests, re-worked zones and new progression paths opened up, you will find Azeroth very much unlike the one you've gotten used to.
Master the new Archaeology secondary profession, enter new battlegrounds, new high level zones and instances as you help your faction survive the Cataclysm!
