ive been tryin to figure out what is wrong with it but sense 3.2.2 ive tryed to use the Sync but all that pops up is a offscreen popup like normal but nothin else load up it just stays green and no other info shows up to even Sync my toons is there a known bug with that ?

the info finally poped up but its unable to find my currently logged on character even thou im seeing the info on the Related part is upto date with where and what im doing but its unable to sync

Hello Chrisspiderozzy,
Sorry to hear that. It would be great if you can provide the contents of the Magelo Sync log - you may wish to press Ctrl + Shift + L after Sync is running for a while to open up the log. We've detected a glitch in the last Magelo Sync update and I'd like to make sure that we have everything covered when we patch it this week.

Update: We've patched Magelo Sync to correct a couple of bugs, can you please try to Sync your character and let me know if you're still having difficulties? Thanks in advance!

ive had those characters for a while but i havent been able to load any upgrades or a new character sense 3.2
