Hi zontarios,
Your Health is ok on the ptofile but not on your signature.
Just go in My characters > Customize > Signature & Avatar > Edit to change anything on your signature to force a refresh (you can update the color them for example). Your stat should be correct after that.

To show your helm, you need to go to My characters > Customize > 3D and check the box "Display the character's helmet".
