None of my gear is showing up. I've synced and synced and still nothing. All my specs aren't showing up either.

Your account was not in Premium trial when you tried to sync yesterday, so your profiles wasn't fully synchronized.
I saw you figure out the issue and synced 2 of your characters entirely
