Добрый вечер. Играю в Rift на RU Акилиос сервере. Куплен премиум акаунт на 3 месяца. При входе в аккаунт в игре(главное меню вибора персонажей) Magelo Sync не определяет персонажей. Когда захожу в игру одним из персонажей при попытке синхронизировать персонажа выдает ошибку "Unable to synchronize character" с текстом "Ошибка синзронизации. Пожалуйста попробуйте позже". Прошу проконсультировать меня в этом вопросе. Всю информацию (что в подписи) вводил вручную...при обновлении с Magelo Sync ничего не изменяется.

Hello zayets,
I checked your account and you should be able to fully synchronize your character.
Could you please provide the log file of Magelo Sync? It will help us to better understand what is going on.
You just need to try again to synchronize your character and press ''ctrl + shift +L'' when the error occurs. A window will appear with the log. You can copy it in your reply.

Зашел в игру персонажем Хметкийх, нажал Обновить - ошибка осталась та же "Unable to synchronize character."

Попробывал синхронизировать 2-го персонажа - все получается (Няшечко)
Персонаж Хметкийх пока еще не синхронизируется

Уважаемый администратор форума техподдержки, проблема не устранена, по прежнему основной персонаж не синхронизируется с Magelo Sync, хотя вторичный персонаж проходить синхронизацию без проблем. Прошу в скором времени исправить это

После исправления и обновления Magelo Sync проблема с синхронизацией не решилась.
