Any way to restore my Magelo # 299461 (Quinum Devonshire, 95 Paladin, Triton) to my account, some how it updated and gave a new Magelo # 2171725 and deleted everything.

Sorry quinumdevonshire for the late reply. I didn't know how to address your issue, so I wanted to talk about it with Jelan before replying to you.
We took a look to your account (username "quinumdevonshire") and we don't see any of the character ID you listed in your message. Are you sure this character was synced on this account?
It is possible you synchronized it on another account by mistake and this is the reason why he moved from your account to another one. If this is the case, you just need to sync it again, when you are loged under "quinumdevonshire" on Magelo Sync.

Thank you for responding, I went ahead and did the updater but it gave me a whole new page http://eq.magelo.com/profile/2172603. I'm guessing that it cannot be restored, but would it be possible to get back my old Magelo #299461 ( http://eq.magelo.com/profile/299461 ) on Quinum, I take pride in such a low # since I'm guessing there are now over 2 million profiles now. Grats btw!
