Hi,
I have tried to sync 2 of my characters and they both get "unable to retrieve character's status" as error message.
I tried both just before I made this post.
It is some time since I used the sync and I did reinstall it today just to make sure it wasn't the client. Last update on my hunter was 2011/12/18 and I think it was about the same on my shaman. Any idea how to solve this?

Hi tostrand,
Could you please try again and press "ctrl + shift + L" when you get the error, keeping the focus on Magelo Sync? A pop-up will appear with the log file of Magelo Sync. You can copy it's content and past it in your reply here on the forum. It should help us to better understand why this error is happening.

Thanks for the log you provided.
It indicates that Elouise has been correctly synchronized. The message you see at the end of the log is not an error message actually. I think this is a cache issue on our hand.
I will keep you posted after we try that. Thanks!

The synchronization issue should be fixed. Please try again and let us know how it goes.
