I'm utterly new here and perfectly confused: Is there a "Support Forum"?
I cannot seem to find it. In the Magelo Sync, i am getting the "If your character doesn't appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum." message. I'm not sure if this is an error due to the latest Rift patch (maybe i have lousy timing to begin my setup here?), or if there is another issue altogether. I can't find a Forum for Support, or Help, etc.
I subscribed to see if there was a Support Forum for Premium users; still cant find it...

This forum is also the support forum.
For problems go to the 'Bugs' topic
But the problem you have is because Magelo Sync isn't updated yet.
Tbh its taking a long time lately, the update from Magelo Sync after a patch.
I was just coming to this forum to ask why that takes so long the last couple of months?

Magelo Sync has been patched and we have granted 3 extra days to compensate for the time lost.
I will make an effort to get Magelo Sync patched within a more reasonable timeframe, work / life has just been hectic lately...
