Recently resubbed and cannot sync a new character. When I hit sync I get an error "Unable to retrieve character's status". I've tried restarting everything. This is what's in the log:
[2026-05-31 15:16:23] Syncing character (Full) 'Torvek'
[2026-05-31 15:16:23] Empty loot detected for corpse: tainted wooly mammoth's corpse
[2026-05-31 15:16:23] Unable to retrieve character's status.

Same error. Downloaded sync again, was giving an error when trying to launch about my username/password. Populated user/password and now just gives the character's status error.

I was able to sync on Teek. Frostreaver still generates the character status error.

Somehow live server was missing a patch to add support for Frostreaver... Fixed now.
