I recently got the x taken off my character on Cazic Thule. I made a new account and bought premium magelo with it. His name is now currently Lyquid. Lyquidx is no longer a character. I forget which email i had registered the old account to but is messing with the rankings. If you could remove it for me that would be great. Thank you.

Hi Lyquidice, For your information, as a Premium member you can open a ticket to the Tech Support (Help > "Submit a ticket" at the bottom of the page). It's better for those kind of issue related to your account. I cannot delete "Lyquidix" character without verifying you are the owner of the account this character is on. So could you please open a ticket in the Tech support and provide the username for this account and the email address (even partial) you used to register for this account. Thanks.
