Hi there,
One of my old user accounts for EQ Magelo, "kaelon", is associated with an old email address. I managed to acquire that old email address – by buying the now-defunct domain, and setting it up! (I know, this is ridiculous). However, when I click on the "Forgot Password" link and get the confirmation that an email has been delivered – I never get the password reset/forgot password email sent to my email address.
Can someone please help me reset this Magelo account's password? Either by emailing me a temporary password to the "kaelon" email address on file, or something else?
