How I can sync my original profile - Moved servers & guild - everything else is the same - didn't see anything in FAQ - I'd appreciate any assistance - thanks

Hi Cinexa,
The issue is you synced for the first time on your new server only after being guilded. That by itself is not a problem however someone else in your guild synced their characters first and it triggered a guild roster update which created your character.
Only when you are the one syncing for the first time can Magelo detect your character has moved to a new server.
To remedy to the situation, delete the new character and immediately sync your character. This should do the trick.

hi - I moved again - on a new server and it happened again - I ONLY want my original number and it created a whole new one — I will try deleting the new one again & immediately resyncing
