Magelo Sync needs to be updated to cope with the last game patch 1.4.1 Hotfix 2 (NA 8AM PDT 9/1). The official patch note is available as usual in Rift forum. We will keep you posted!

Really do need an option to flag the "region" being played in. Whilst NA probably fine, Europeans version no longer works as appears to not be backwards compatible ...

The main issue this time is that the European version jumped on the Hotfix #3 directly...The US servers just got it a few hours ago.
We are also working on improving how we handle game version so we can have one for each region at a given time to avoid the case you are talking about.
