Rift 4.0 Hotfix #6 has been applied (12/14/2016). You can find the Patch Notes in the official Rift forum.
 Magelo Sync has been patched!

My Magelo Sync doesn't work. I haven't gotten a sync since Rift 4. I uninstalled it just a few minutes ago and reinstalled it, but it still says I "don't have any game running right now." I am logged in on Magelo Sync (my name shows, anyway).
Any ideas on what I need to do?

Yesterday it worked and before last weeks patch it worked so if mine isn't working which I will know in just a couple of minutes they broke it again. "They would be Rift with another patch update. "

Keep in mind that Trion is patching every week at pretty much this time... We will patch Magelo Sync in a few hours, don't worry.

Yes, this was working, but due to the patch it needs to be updated. Just wanted to share my two cents as I have been on this site they do a great job at keeping up with the updates as Trion is coming up with them every week and sometimes it appears more often.
I am impressed with how hard the coders on this site are working to keep this updated.
