We've patched Magelo Sync to work with the updates applied on 07 Oct 2008. Thank you for your patience.

Midnight Eastern 10/12 cannot find my character in order to update. Yes I am a premium member.
(Does this have anything to do with the fact that earlier tonight (10/12) the entire magelo site was down, from our signatures to our profiles to this site?)

Can (finally) get one character synched, but it's not detecting other characters/accounts loaded at the same time as it was previously.

To everyone who's having trouble with Magelo Sync, I've posted a reply in the thread here. We're working on a fix for it right now and would like to apologise for the downtime.

As Erycil said, the team is working on it and when it is fixed a post will be made.
Repeatedly posting that it does not work in mulitple threads every few hours doesn't help the situation. What would help is if people would post log files from Magelo in the thread indicated to help the team isolate the problem.

Everyones log file is pretty much the same. It isnt on our end. It is on yours, or on SoE. That said, we are paying members here for the most part. There should be some time added on to my subscription as I am definitely not getting what I paid for.
