Neither of my signature custom images seem to work, but the default and provided images do. The profile images and music work fine, it's just the signature images. I even uploaded a new test one, and that didn't work either.

I am having the same problem as Tobris.
Default sigs work fine, but my customs are not showing at all.

Thanks for reporting this issue. We just had a maintenance on our servers at the end of last week and we probably introduced this error. I tested the avatar and signature, and both don't accept custom images at the moment. We are working on it.
We will keep you posted as soon as it's fixed.

The issue has been fixed.
You just need to change any setting on your signature to force a refresh and your custom background image will be back.
